I’m a PhD candidate at the University of Oregon, and I’m defending my dissertation on May 29th, 2024. My dissertation argues for thinking about world liberation by offering a critique of subject-focused accounts of liberation.

I work broadly in Critical Philosophy of Race through the lenses of Continental philosophy and Latin American philosophy on topics concerning race, colonialism, and liberation.

I like to use my personal website to discuss philosophy with others in and beyond the academy, and I also post occasional writings and translations.
